Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ML pipelines using quantum-accelerated frameworks
- Lead development of generative AI models for enterprise applications
- Conduct advanced research in neural architecture optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI solutions in production
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical workshops
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and industry conferences
- Optimize ML models for edge computing and quantum hardware integration
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum ML frameworks
- Proven track record deploying production-level ML systems at scale
- Strong background in neural network optimization and generative models
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Experience with quantum computing concepts and hybrid AI systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex requirements
