Qualifications

- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AI governance
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to market
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals preferred
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
