Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization and material science
- Lead experimental quantum computing projects using proprietary cryogenic systems

- Collaborate with AI teams to create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Secure $5M+ in federal and industry research grants
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers and publish in Nature/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (2020-2025 graduates preferred)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with superconducting qubits or ion trap systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit simulation frameworks
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing
- Ability to obtain DOE Q-Clearance for national lab collaborations
- Experience with quantum machine learning algorithms
