Responsibilities
- Develop the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create a comprehensive strategic plan outlining key technological milestones, investments, and innovations required to achieve business goals by 2026.
- Emerging Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor the global tech landscape to identify, evaluate, and validate emerging technologies such as Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), Quantum Computing, and Advanced Robotics.
- R&D Collaboration: Lead cross-functional partnerships with research and development teams to prototype and test future technologies with high commercial potential.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analyses of competitor strategies and technological advancements to maintain a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical futures into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and board members.
- Investment Strategy: Evaluate and recommend technology investments, partnerships, and acquisitions that align with the company's long-term vision.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or product management with a proven track record of forward-thinking leadership.
- Tech Fluency: Deep understanding of current and future technology trends, including AI, Blockchain, IoT, and Edge Computing.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze market data, forecast future industry shifts, and derive actionable business intelligence.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex strategies to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems in dynamic environments.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic planning certifications are a plus.
