Responsibilities
- Design and maintain high-fidelity 2D user interface assets, including icons, illustrations, and motion graphics.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate wireframes and prototypes into production-ready designs.
- Create and iterate on design systems to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and optimize user journeys.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders in a clear, persuasive manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in 2D design and interaction.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in 2D interactive design, preferably within a tech or agency environment.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and Sketch.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UI design, iconography, and motion design work.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-designers.
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
