Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design high-fidelity 2D interfaces, icons, and motion graphics.
- Collaborate closely with UX researchers and engineers to translate concepts into production-ready assets.
- Optimize 2D assets for performance and scalability across web and mobile platforms.
- Mentor junior designers and maintain our strict design system standards.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D graphic design and interactive media.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of motion principles, timing, and micro-interactions.
- Excellent communication skills and a compelling portfolio showcasing 2D work.
