Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and design handoff.
- Develop and maintain a scalable, cohesive design system that ensures consistency across all 2026 platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
- Conduct user testing and analyze data to iterate on designs, ensuring optimal user engagement and conversion rates.
- Advocate for the user voice within the company, conducting usability audits and presenting design rationale to leadership.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of continuous learning and creative excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design, with a portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and advanced knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Principle.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, user-centered design principles, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience working in Agile environments and using data-driven methodologies to inform design decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate design choices to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the SaaS or FinTech industry is highly preferred.
