We are currently seeking a talented and visionary 2D Motion Designer to join our creative collective. In this role, you will be responsible for translating complex data and abstract concepts into compelling visual narratives that drive user engagement.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-fidelity 2D animations for web, mobile, and interactive installations.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and frontend developers to ensure seamless integration of motion assets.
- Create vector-based assets and motion graphics using industry-standard software including Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D.
- Maintain and evolve the company's visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
- Optimize animation files for web performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Conduct research and trend analysis to keep the creative output fresh and innovative.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design or animation.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and vector tools (Illustrator/Sketch).
- Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) is highly preferred.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating storytelling skills, technical execution, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts to technical teams.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
