Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Scheduling: Utilize social media, networking, and database tools to identify passive candidates and schedule interviews.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and expand relationships with hiring managers to understand their critical staffing needs.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough technical and behavioral interviews to match the right talent to the right role.
- Placement Management: Negotiate offers, manage contracts, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with salary trends and market conditions to advise candidates effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or customer service is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of self-motivation and resilience in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, JobDiva) is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client site visits.
