Responsibilities
- Identify and source qualified candidates through diverse channels including networking, social media, and job boards.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and skill assessments to match candidates precisely with client requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact and screening to onboarding and placement.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their evolving business needs.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive new business development and revenue growth.
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and career counseling to candidates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in staffing and recruiting, or a strong desire to learn with a sales-oriented background.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Florida.
