Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and select high-quality candidates for a diverse range of industries, including Tech, Finance, and Healthcare.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients (hiring managers) to understand their specific staffing needs and culture.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop a robust pipeline of talent through networking, social media, and cold calling.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, recruiting, or customer service preferred.
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage a high-volume workload.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based role.
