Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process

- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to placement

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years recruiting experience in staffing or agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs

- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
