- Source and screen candidates using various job boards and social media platforms.
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for client needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements.
- Negotiate salary and contract terms with prospective clients and candidates.
- Attend local networking events to expand our talent network.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
