Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placing candidates in permanent and contract roles.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking events to identify and engage high-quality talent.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Market Analysis: Research market trends and salary benchmarks to advise clients and candidates effectively.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct phone and in-person interviews, providing feedback to both parties.
- Onboarding Support: Assist candidates with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or high-volume sales preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Dedication: A self-starter mentality with a proven ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is a plus.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in downtown Chicago.
