Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience

- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing breakthroughs
- Certification in quantum machine learning from IBM Quantum or Google AI Quantum
