Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for temporary and contract positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure a perfect fit for both the role and company culture.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track applicant progress and maintain accurate records.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive talent within the Pennsylvania region.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client site visits.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
