Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for temporary and permanent positions across multiple industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide exceptional candidate experiences
- Manage applicant tracking system and maintain accurate candidate databases
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Facilitate onboarding processes for placed candidates and new hires
- Collaborate with team to achieve monthly recruitment and placement goals
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR coordination
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customer service focus
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
