Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary and part-time positions across Atlanta metro
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing needs and develop tailored solutions
- Manage candidate onboarding processes including background checks and documentation
- Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates through regular follow-ups
- Utilize ATS systems to track placements and optimize recruitment workflows
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new staffing opportunities in Georgia market
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and agency policies in all placement activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of staffing or recruitment experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in team environment
- Valid Georgia driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends for candidate interviews
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
