Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates for open positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Conduct candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Manage job postings and applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Onboard new hires and ensure smooth onboarding processes
- Track key metrics and report staffing outcomes to management
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting or staffing experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in HR or Business preferred
