Responsibilities
- Screen and interview potential candidates to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for open positions.
- Manage and update job postings across various platforms, including job boards and social media channels.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates efficiently.
- Build and maintain a robust database of active and passive candidates within the Kansas City metro area.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and staffing needs in the local market.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and applicants throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- High level of organization and attention to detail when managing multiple pipelines.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule to meet client demands.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for local travel.
