Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for part-time and temporary positions across Charlotte
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand hiring needs
- Manage candidate profiles in our ATS system and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and provide ongoing support
- Track key metrics and report staffing outcomes to senior recruiters
- Collaborate with team members to optimize recruitment strategies
- Represent Apex Talent Solutions at local job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
