Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and social media platforms
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses across Tampa Bay
- Match candidates with suitable part-time/temporary positions based on qualifications
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Onboard new hires and ensure smooth placement transitions
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our ATS system
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment/staffing experience (agency preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Tampa's business landscape and talent pool
- Proven track record in meeting placement metrics
