Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for weekend shifts across Tampa Bay industries
- Conduct virtual interviews and skill assessments via weekend-friendly scheduling
- Manage client partnerships and staffing needs for weekend operations
- Process onboarding documentation and compliance checks for weekend hires
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate pipelines and job requisitions
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless staffing continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing/recruitment or customer service role
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
- Tampa Bay market knowledge preferred
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Florida driver's license (client site visits required)
