Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and interview qualified candidates for weekend and temporary positions
- Manage client accounts and build strategic partnerships with Mesa businesses
- Coordinate staffing schedules for weekend shifts across healthcare, logistics, and retail sectors
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate candidate databases
- Track key performance metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Provide exceptional service to both candidates and clients throughout the placement process
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Arizona driver's license with reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with potential evening hours
