Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for weekend shift positions across various industries
- Coordinate staffing assignments with clients to ensure weekend coverage needs are met
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications for potential hires
- Manage candidate onboarding processes for weekend employment opportunities
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and staffing documentation
- Collaborate with team to optimize weekend staffing schedules and placements
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and client partners
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year staffing or recruiting experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-5pm)
