Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments across healthcare, logistics, and retail sectors
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary weekend positions
- Manage client communications and shift scheduling via our proprietary platform
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and safety protocols
- Process payroll documentation for weekend staff
- Conduct onboarding for new weekend associates
- Generate weekly performance reports for client partners
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years staffing or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Kronos, ADP)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
