Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions
- Conduct detailed interviews to assess skills and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage applicant tracking system and update candidate pipelines
- Facilitate onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic recruitment insights
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekly/monthly placement goals
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including evening/weekend shifts
- Proven ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
