- Source and screen qualified candidates for part-time positions in Memphis-area businesses
- Conduct detailed interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers to understand staffing needs
- Manage applicant tracking system and ensure accurate candidate documentation
- Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and clients
- Develop creative recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill part-time roles
- Conduct market research to stay updated on Memphis's employment trends
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting or staffing agency experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
