Responsibilities
- Recruit and place qualified candidates in night shift positions across Albuquerque's key industries
- Manage end-to-end staffing operations during overnight hours, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for night shift roles using our proprietary ATS system
- Collaborate with client companies to understand overnight staffing needs and develop tailored solutions
- Conduct virtual interviews and assessments with candidates during night shift hours
- Ensure compliance with all labor regulations specific to night shift employment
- Optimize staffing efficiency through data-driven analytics and performance metrics
- Foster long-term relationships with night shift candidates and client partners
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience with night shift specialization
- Proven track record of placing candidates in overnight logistics, healthcare, or manufacturing roles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to thrive in night shift environment
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail for overnight operations
- Valid New Mexico staffing license or willingness to obtain immediately
- Flexibility to work Tuesday-Saturday nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency highly preferred
