Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assign night shift personnel across diverse industries including healthcare, warehousing, and customer service
- Screen, interview, and place candidates in temporary-to-permanent night shift positions
- Manage urgent staffing requests during overnight hours with 15-minute response time
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and placement records in our ATS system
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure 24/7 operational continuity
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for night shift employees
- Monitor client satisfaction and address staffing concerns proactively
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience with night shift exposure
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport during overnight hours
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills required
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
