Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for 15+ manufacturing and warehouse clients
- Screen and schedule candidates for 3rd shift positions across metro Detroit
- Manage emergency staffing requests during overnight hours
- Process payroll and timekeeping for temporary night shift employees
- Conduct quality assurance checks at client sites during overnight shifts
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and labor regulations for night operations
- Build relationships with overnight shift supervisors at partner facilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience
- Proven ability to manage overnight operations and schedules
- Strong knowledge of Michigan labor laws and OSHA standards
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for urgent staffing needs
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
