Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for healthcare facilities and distribution centers across Tampa Bay
- Manage real-time communication between clients, candidates, and overnight team members
- Process payroll and timesheets for night shift staff with 24-hour turnaround
- Implement emergency staffing protocols during critical overnight operational periods
- Conduct candidate screening and onboarding specifically for night shift positions
- Analyze staffing metrics to optimize overnight coverage and reduce turnover
- Maintain compliance with Florida labor laws for overnight work environments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or healthcare logistics experience
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure overnight operations
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to de-escalate urgent situations
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations for overnight workplace safety
