What You Will Do
- Source and screen qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Build a robust pipeline of talent across various sectors including Tech, Healthcare, and Administrative support.
- Collaborate with account managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies for client needs.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Jobvite) is preferred.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and meet daily KPIs.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
