Responsibilities
- Screening & Sourcing: Review incoming resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates matching our clients' specific needs.
- Scheduling: Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new temporary placements, including paperwork and orientation.
- Client Relations: Maintain regular communication with clients to understand staffing needs and provide updates on candidate status.
- Database Management: Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
- Market Research: Conduct light market research to identify talent pools and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or recruitment coordination is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse personalities.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable learning new ATS software.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work a part-time schedule as required.
