Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for open positions across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at SF-based companies
- Manage candidate pipeline and applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends in SF
- Coordinate temporary and contract placements with precision
- Facilitate onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Track staffing metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing/recruitment experience in San Francisco market
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Workday, Greenhouse, etc.)
- Strong network of Bay Area professionals across industries
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
