Qualifications
- 1+ years in recruitment, staffing, or HR coordination experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)

- Valid Georgia driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Georgia labor laws and compliance requirements
