Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary and part-time roles across diverse industries
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate profiles in our ATS system and ensure compliance requirements
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires and client placements
- Track key performance metrics and provide weekly reports to leadership
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new market opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of staffing/recruitment experience or related HR field
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for candidate/client interactions
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
- Must be available 20-25 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
