Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking events
- Conduct preliminary interviews and skills assessments for diverse industry roles
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring lifecycle with CRM tools
- Partner with clients to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to all stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and compliance documentation
- Contribute to market research and salary benchmarking for emerging roles
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with executive presence
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Associate's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge of Ohio labor laws and compliance requirements
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment for technical or creative roles a plus
