Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for part-time and temporary positions
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate onboarding and ensure compliance with employment regulations
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide feedback to candidates/hiring managers
- Utilize ATS systems to track placements and manage candidate pipelines
- Conduct market research to identify emerging job trends and opportunities
- Represent the agency at local job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment or staffing experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Knowledge of Colorado labor laws and compliance requirements
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in hospitality, healthcare, or administrative staffing preferred
