- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions using ATS platforms and networking
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and hiring managers
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide exceptional candidate support
- Generate weekly recruitment reports and track key performance metrics
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire documentation
- Stay current with industry trends and labor market conditions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years in recruitment, staffing, or HR coordination
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)

- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in customer service or sales environments preferred
