Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary and part-time positions across Baltimore's diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand staffing needs
- Conduct thorough interviews and reference checks to ensure candidate quality
- Manage candidate onboarding and orientation processes
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate candidate and client data
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to optimize staffing strategies
- Provide exceptional service to both candidates and clients throughout the placement lifecycle
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing, recruitment, or HR coordination experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Baltimore's job market and industry trends
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
