- Conducting in-depth interviews and candidate assessments
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers
- Managing applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate pipelines
- Developing creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Coordinating interview logistics and providing timely feedback
- Market research to identify emerging talent trends
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Chicago market knowledge preferred
- Valid Illinois driver's license (client site visits required)
