Responsibilities
- Screen and evaluate resumes to identify top-tier candidates for various open positions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers seamlessly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and nurture a pipeline of passive candidates through networking and social media outreach.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or administrative support is a strong plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a part-time capacity.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
