Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end staffing assignments for night shift roles across manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare sectors
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through targeted outreach and relationship building
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews for overnight positions, ensuring cultural fit
- Coordinate with clients to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored workforce solutions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies for night shift workers
- Utilize ATS systems to track placements, manage schedules, and generate performance reports
- Provide exceptional support to both clients and candidates during non-standard business hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience, preferably with night shift or 24/7 environments
- Proven track record in candidate sourcing, screening, and placement for industrial roles
- Strong understanding of Ohio labor regulations and night shift compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to work autonomously during overnight hours
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite) and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client site visits
