Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for healthcare facilities and distribution centers
- Manage candidate onboarding and scheduling via ATS systems
- Resolve urgent staffing gaps during overnight hours with 15-minute response time
- Conduct quality assurance checks for overnight shift compliance
- Maintain real-time communication with clients and temporary staff
- Process payroll documentation for night shift employees
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless handover processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing agency or healthcare logistics experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Certification in Staffing Management (ASP) preferred
- Strong conflict resolution and crisis management skills
- Advanced knowledge of Fort Worth's industrial and healthcare landscape
