Responsibilities
- Oversee overnight staffing assignments for 15+ Atlanta-based healthcare and industrial clients
- Manage real-time scheduling and dispatch for 200+ night shift professionals
- Handle urgent staffing requests with 15-minute response times during overnight hours
- Conduct quality assurance checks via phone and on-site visits between 10 PM-5 AM
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and industry-specific night shift regulations
- Process payroll and timesheets for overnight staff using our proprietary ATS
- Build relationships with night shift managers at major Atlanta employers
- Implement retention strategies for critical night shift roles
Qualifications
- 3+ years staffing/recruiting experience with night shift or 24/7 operations
- Deep knowledge of Atlanta's healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing sectors
- Proven ability to manage high-volume overnight scheduling under pressure
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Exceptional communication skills for overnight client interactions
- Valid Georgia driver's license with reliable transportation for on-site visits
- Ability to work flexible overnight hours (10 PM-6 AM) with rotating weekends
