Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates into night shift positions across logistics, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Baltimore-area employers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews with candidates during night hours
- Process payroll and manage compliance documentation for temporary placements
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate pipelines and placement metrics
- Resolve staffing issues and ensure smooth onboarding for night shift assignments
- Generate weekly reports on placement success and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience with night shift or 24/7 operations
- Proven ability to manage high-volume candidate pipelines in Baltimore's competitive market
- Exceptional communication skills with flexibility to work night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client visits
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation a plus
