Responsibilities
- Manage the Full-Cycle Recruitment Process: Oversee the end-to-end hiring workflow for designated departments, ensuring speed and accuracy.
- Screen and Interview Candidates: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit against job specifications.
- Coordinate Schedules: Arrange interview logistics, including calendars, conference rooms, and virtual meeting links, for internal stakeholders and external candidates.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including candidate pipelines and status updates.
- Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the HR team to prepare offer letters, background check documentation, and orientation schedules for new hires.
- Employer Branding: Represent the company at local job fairs and networking events to build a robust talent pipeline.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, administrative support, or the staffing industry is preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines in a busy office environment.
- Flexibility: Must be available for approximately 20-25 hours per week, including some evenings or weekends as needed for events.
