Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions across Sacramento's key industries
- Manage applicant tracking system data and maintain accurate candidate records
- Conduct preliminary phone interviews and assess candidate-job fit
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Assist with crafting compelling job postings and social media recruitment campaigns
- Build and nurture relationships with local talent communities
- Support onboarding processes for placed candidates
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
