Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels including social media, networking, and job boards.
- Conducting phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for various open positions.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and refine job descriptions.
- Onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
